Q. How do I apply?
A. Please contact us to receive an application.
Q. Is there a fee to apply or participate?
A. The fee to participate is $30.00. Th event is rain or shine.
Q. Do I need to bring my own tent?
A. 10x10 tents are provided (with one table and 2 chairs), but you may elect to bring your own tent, tables, chairs and other display devices.
Q. What is the access and set-up like?
A. You can drive to a service entrance off of 16th Avenue, but then must either bring your artwork to your desinated area by foot or cart or queue up for use of one of our three service vehicles. Set-up times are staggered--only three artists per time slot. At the end of the event, it is strongly suggested that you have helpers to move your work back to your vehicle, as demand on the service vehicles is high. If you have not been to Darts Hill, please check our calendar and plan to come for a walk through.
Q. May I publicize the event to my own mailing list?
A. Yes, if you are selected, we will provide you with publicity and media coverage as well.
Q. May I sell my artwork?
A. Yes, and you may discretely distribute business cards and collect information for your mailing list.

Application
We are particularly interested in artists with garden themed work and artists with a connection to Darts Hill Garden. We are open to including a diversity of mediums such as ceramics, glass, sculpture, painting, photography, dance, music, and more. Download application
Volunteers Are Needed
If you are interested in helping with the organization of the 2011 Arts at Darts event, please let us know. Contact Linda at 604.542.3003. We need people to help plan as well as volunteers on the day and evening of the event.
